25 years ago when the concept of I Shape U Fitness was created, we promised
our clients that we would always keep their needs in mind. Today, our increasing
client base is a testament to our excellent service. I Shape U Fitness
services and seminars are always changing to ensure that our techniques
are reflective of the ever-changing face of health and fitness.
Our mission is to help make all individuals fit and healthy one person
at a time. We offer yoga classes, Intuitive Eating, Ball Seminar and programs
